It’s one of the most unique and bold attempts to create a foundation for attracting business and investment into the central part of Africa. The Resort is located on 28 hectares along the bank of the Chari River.

In the initial phase, the project is scheduled for completion in 2013; it will encompass 200 key resort hotels banquet halls, restaurants and fitness facilities. In the second phase, the complex will evolve into a walled community in addition to villas and town houses situated around the property.
